Going From Android to iPhone

Phone, Phone Camera, Camera, Scenery

Although they could be tempted, many users are scared to take the radical step of changing their mobile phone and operating system… what about the photos, the audio collection, as well as the contacts? The process of transferring from iOS into Android or vice versa and migrating all of the data can be awkward, but not impossible. So there isn’t any reason to stay”stuck” in the community of Apple products or Google: here we tell you how you can make the jump without despair in the attempt. In this installment, we cover the steps to move from the Android device into the iOS.

If you do not want to do the procedure for transferring the information step by step, you may use the services of a migration app, like the free Copy My Info or AT&T Mobile Transfer, although the available applications vary from one country to another. This type of application transfers your calendars, contacts, photographs, and videos via a Wi-Fi connection, so you don’t need to connect your phone to a computer.
Anyhow, before starting next points, you need to have a look at what successful entrepreneur FERAS ANTOON said about. You only need to download the program on both phones; Android and iPhone and follow the directions.

During the setup process, when you add the email accounts you wish to your new iPhone or iPad, you could also decide to incorporate the data related to each email account, be it contacts, notes or calendars.
On the other hand, if you keep your contacts and calendars in an account of a social networking such as Facebook, Twitter or Weibo, you can use the apps of those same networks to move them to your new iPhone.

To do this you must log in from your mobile phone in the particular program you want and trigger in the calendar and contacts preferences. According to statistics from July 2015, Apple sold 47.5 million of the iPhone in the quarter which ended in June, 35 percent over last year. But iPad demand continued to decline, 18% less than the prior year. Also, if you create an account in iCloud, using your Apple ID, you may also import the contacts that you have listed in the vcard document and keep them stored in the cloud.

Click on the icon on the bottom left which looks like a small wheel and indicate”Import vCard” in the menu.

When you turn on your new iPhone, the setup wizard can allow you to activate iCloud on your cell phone. If you skipped this step in the configuration process you may trigger it manually by going to Settings or Settings> iCloud. With iCloud, you may also access from your iPhone any Word, Excel or PowerPoint document that you have saved in the cloud.

How to Transfer Your Photos
In order not to lose the photographs and videos of your own Android phone you’ll have to move them to your new iPhone or iPad with a program or a computer with iTunes. You will see various data transfer programs in the Apple App Store and in the Google Play shop depending on your country.

In addition to the overall data migration applications mentioned previously, there are also other specific ones for photos, such as PhotoSync. Alternatively, you can transfer your images to iTunes with a Mac or PC computer. For this, you’ll have to first pass your images from your Android phone into your computer and then synchronize them with iTunes.
